Only super savvy thing I can think of would be to find out what pin does what on that DIN connector and see if you can make one for the signal of the XM unit. That would be difficult at best, and you would need the soldering ability of a praying mantis. The only thing I think would work without you purchasing another HU would be FM modulation. SQ wouldn't be terrible, but you would be limited to the HU's ability. I'm guessing it's something like 30Hz->15kHz, which would suit you 99% of the time. Good luck "...Downpipes own.
